Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regrettably cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped by Vorqelune
  • Are in their original condition
  • Show no signs of use or installation
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or bespoke mirrors
  • Mirrors that have been installed or mounted
  • Items showing signs of damage due to improper handling
  • Products without original packaging

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. Our team will inspect the returned item
  2. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
  3. We will notify you about the status of your refund
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  5. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days

Important Notes About Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
  • Original delivery charges will be deducted from your refund
  • Installation fees, if any, are non-refundable

Return Shipping Guidelines

To return your item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at ask@vorqelune.com to initiate the return process
  2. Receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include your RAN and original receipt in the package
  5. Ship to our returns address: 122 Shrewsbury Rd, London E7 8QB, United Kingdom
Please Note: The return shipping address may differ from the original dispatch address. Please ensure you use the correct return address provided during the return authorization process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Document the damage with photographs
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Email the photos to ask@vorqelune.com
  4. Include your order number and detailed description of the issue

We will arrange collection and replacement of damaged items at no additional cost.
